Deni Preston.com is a blog that focuses on health, diet, and fitness. If you read her Bio Page she is very qualified to write about this. It is a fairly new blog but she frequently (almost every day) writes on it with full informative very detailed posts.

As you can see from these posts (which weren’t cherry picked btw) she puts some time into this and makes sure that almost every post is a lesson. Instead of just telling you to do something she explains the how and the why.
